My vehicle was picked up and dropped off during the weekend when they were not operating, I didn't hear back until very late in the week Thursday due to not having the correct contact info. I was a little upset because it was just sitting there.. joe called me MONDAY told me the car would be done later that week.. calls me the next day and say my car is ready to be picked up!!!
